Step 8: Finish installation and configuration
On the next screen you select the installation media. Use the first option if you are installing from a CD ROMIf you have more than one CD ROM drive you will be asked to specify which one you want to use for installation.On the next screen you are asked to confirm if you want to proceed with the installation. After confirming, you will see various messages and processes taking place. If all goes well, it will end with a message"Congratulation! You have now freeBSD installed on your system. "There will be a few more configuration questions (the first time you can press "N" for most options).You will be given the option to create user accounts (simply follow the instructions; use the [TAB] key to move to different fields on a form).You will be given the option to change the root password ("root" refers to a user account that has maximum privileges).
